Intermix and drop on TORY HR series glass beads to ensure the continuous reflective effect of the road marking lines during the longer life time. Mix 40% of AW element to improve the retroreflectivity in wet condition.
HR(high level reflective RL≥500mcd) glass beads(spheres) offer high level of reflectivity for road marking line, apply for thermoplastic, MMA, waterborne paint, epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, polyurea paint, intermix, premix or drop on.
AW reflective element is mainly for wet night condition, reasonable optical design provides superior retroreflectivity for road marking line, element combined by a core bead and hundreds of non-transparent high refractive index micron beads.
MMA resin is the main material for 2-component paint, generally curing time is adjustable from 15-40min, 2-component paint is always have longer life time than thermoplastic paint, and easier to achieve high retroreflectivity.
